How can I test Polyteia?
With your test account you can use all of Polyteia's core features free of charge for 14 days. If you select it your test organization comes pre-loaded with demo content.
As soon as your test organisation has been activated, you will be notified by email. This may take up to two days.
Can I upload my own data?
You can test the software either with the demo data we provide or with your own data by uploading it to your trial organisation. You’re also welcome to invite colleagues to your organization to explore Polyteia together.
You act as the data controller within the meaning of Article 4(7) GDPR and independently decide which data are uploaded to the test environment. Polyteia merely provides the technical infrastructure and has no access to the data you upload. Any data you have not deleted yourself will be automatically removed no later than 30 days after the end of the test phase.
Do I need to install the software?
No – Polyteia is a cloud-based software-suite that you can use directly in your browser.
Do I need to cancel my test account?
Cancellation isn’t necessary. Your free Polyteia trial runs for 14 days and then ends automatically. All of the data in the organization will be deleted after 30 days.
